Cancellation Policy
MOXLA Makeup Service Terms & Conditions Please review the following policies prior to booking. By booking a makeup service with MOXLA, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions outlined below. This includes accepting responsibility for all applicable charges, including but not limited to: service fees, late fees, cancellation fees, early booking fees, and no-show penalties. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in a 100% service fee. Reschedules made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a $30 rescheduling fee. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Late Arrival Policy Timeliness is essential to ensure the quality of your service. *If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. * Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late will incur a $30 late fee. * Appointments may be shortened or rescheduled if lateness interferes with our scheduling. * Deposits will not be refunded in the event of late arrivals. Appointment Modifications You may modify your appointment up to 72 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made after this timeframe may be subject to rescheduling fees. In-Studio Etiquette & Service Guidelines To ensure a professional and focused environment for both clients and artists: *Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face *No additional guests or children are permitted during your appointment. *Please limit cell phone use during your session. Excessive use may result in a $30 distraction fee. *No food or drinks are allowed during services. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our policies, which are designed to uphold the quality and consistency of your experience.
