At MOXLA, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following policy before placing your order:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
This processing window applies to all shipping methods, including expedited options.
Expedited Shipping
If you select Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Shipping, please note that the shipping time begins after the 2–4 business day processing period.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you promptly.
You may choose to receive store credit or a full refund for the unavailable item.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, MOXLA is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft during transit.
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any issues related to damage or loss.
