Glam on the Go Professional makeup, wherever you are. Our on-location glam service delivers a full, flawless makeup experience straight to you—perfect for special occasions, events, or anytime you want to feel your best. Beauty, convenience, and expert artistry, right at your doorstep. Please note: This service is not available for bridal makeup, including natural or soft bridal looks & for all wedding sizes . All brides must book a bridal service. A travel fee will be applied based on your location. If paid parking is required at your venue or hotel, we kindly ask that parking is covered for the artist on-site (not at nearby lots or across the street). Appointments scheduled before 11:00 AM will incur an early booking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome to MOXLA, where beauty meets artistry. Your booking secures a luxury experience tailored to your confidence and elegance. 🏠 Studio Etiquette Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. No guests or children. Limit cell phone use; excessive distractions may incur a$30+ fee. No food or drinks. MOXLA is your sanctuary—help us maintain calm and luxury. ⏰ Late Arrival Arrive on time to enjoy your full service. 10+ minutes late: $35 fee. Services may be shortened or rescheduled. Deposits are forfeited if tardiness causes cancellation. 💳 Payment & Booking Full payment is due at service. Cash is preferred for payments and tips; credit/debit cards accepted. Early appointments (before 11:00 AM) include a $50 early booking fee. Book early to secure your preferred luxury slot. 📅 Cancellations & Reschedules By booking, you authorize MOXLA to charge your payment on file for services and any applicable cancellation, reschedule, or modification fees. 72 hours (3 days) notice required. Less than 72 hours: 100% service fee. Reschedules within 72 hours: $30 fee. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. No-shows: full service charged. 🧴 Health & Safety Do not book if unwell or with a contagious illness/open skin condition. MOXLA may refuse service for safety, hygiene, or professional discretion. ⚖️ Legal & Content Use By booking with MOXLA, you acknowledge and agree that MOXLA, its artists, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes resulting from services, products, or techniques used. Individual results may vary, and you hereby release MOXLA and its team from any claims, damages, or liability related to the services provided. Additionally, MOXLA may photograph or record images or video of your session or final look. By booking, you grant MOXLA exclusive ownership of all content, and consent to its use for promotional, marketing, educational, or social media purposes without further notice or compensation. ✅ Policy Agreement By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies.
